A brand new year comes with so many expectations. What a wonderful moment to reflect not only on my self, but on how I affect the community around me. What have I accomplished? Who have I touched? Have I made an impact on the world this year?

Heavy thoughts? Yes, they are. But those are the kinds of questions leaders need to be asking all the time. We go through our days making decisions, working with people, certainly accomplishing. But what are we really doing? What difference are we making? If we cannot answer that -- are we really a leader?
